The nativity scene candle holder Pyramid in its natural unpainted wood with the figures of Mary, Joseph, Jesus in his crib, the Donkey and the oxen painted to life like colours.
These beautifully crafted and turned nativity scenes are a joy to behold. Each scene is hand crafted from mainly Alder wood (Alnus glutinosa) with the figures and arch hand painted. The entire scene is 24 cm tall. A candle is placed in a holder on each corner with the heat from the candle turning the blades on the top. This in turn rotates a central spindle revolving the Holy Family group in the centre.
