5-HTP short for 5-hydroxytryptophan is a derivative of the amino acid tryptophan and is converted, in the brain, into the neurotransmitter serotonin which influences everything from appetite, to mood, to sleep. Lamberts use a natural source, extracted from the seeds of Graffonia simplicifolia.
Ingredients:
Each tablet provides 100mg of 5-HTP
Dosage:
One tablet daily in the treatment of various circulatory disorders due to the important role they play in the health of the blood vessels in our bodies.
